i don't speak german, but i'm beginning to think i should learn. one of the people on the hctr people just sent around a link to trail, a german trail running magazine. i recognize the names of runners and races. the trails i used to run on in hawaii are featured in some of the pictures as is the bandera course with some of the folks on the ultra team here. i'd like to be able to read the articles though. regardless, the interface for the website is pretty cool.
my new running shoes arrived yesterday and i took them out on a nice 10-miler this morning. i felt like i was running on cushions. new shoes always feel weird.
