the awkward run
every once in awhile something makes me laugh so hard i cry. a friend and colleague sent me this video of a fewer choice runners earlier today and i found myself crying at my office. maybe this is why it is good that i study gait for a living.

trisha! ok for starters that video was so funny. i'm there are few more types you could add to that list as well. i can just picture you laughing at that one. been slacking on running the last six months or so, and i kind of feel like all of those wrapped into one as i plod along these days.

a friend in the kines department at u.hawaii forwarded me the link to the video. if i end up back there after this post-doc i suspect there will be a sequel to the video with a few more running styles ;)
