the awkward run

every once in awhile something makes me laugh so hard i cry.  a friend and colleague sent me this video of a fewer choice runners earlier today and i found myself crying at my office.  maybe this is why it is good that i study gait for a living.

i would like to see an awkward pregnant lady running video too.  the picture below was taken this morning after my run so you don't have to see if i look awkward or not while running.  i'll be 22 weeks along on monday!
